Allow 24-48h for PO to be visible

More than 48h and still don’t see your PO? If your order has been submitted for more than 2 business days and does not appear in the search results, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-888-536-9001 or [email protected]. Your order might be waiting on missing/incorrect information.

Planned shipped date: Please be advised that items can ship 2 to 3 business days before or after the planned ship date.

“Shipped” but no tracking number: It can take up to 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be entered in the system once the shipment has left our factory.
