443 Greenwich Street had all the makings of a successful conversion. It was built in 1882 by renowned architect Charles Haight as a bookbindery in the celebrity-adored Tribeca, on a beautiful cobbled street.
Metroloft started the process to develop 53 condos – 45 loft-style homes and 8 penthouses – and enlisted the award-winning Cetra Ruddy Architects to spruce up the facade and update the interiors.
