Developed by Billingsley Company and designed by Morrison Seifert Murphy Inc. and Corgan Architects, the One Arts Plaza, is a twenty-four story modernist building combining luxury condominium residences, restaurants, class A offices spaces, and stores.
Timeless and elegant, it plays with the duality of classical symmetry and modern asymmetry. Hence, the Cube was a perfect addition.
