Developed by Groupe Quorum and Groupe Marsan, LL sur le Lac is a luxurious real estate project ideally located near the century-old Laval-sur-le-Lac Golf Club and surrounding by magnificent nature. Inspired by this breathtaking nature, LL stands out thanks to its sophisticate and contemporary architecture and high-end interior design featuring the Ove bathtub.

Designer Alain Desgagne and several well-known design firms such as Lemay + DAA architects, Innedesign and Daoust collaborated on this project to create a what the market has best to offer and a new art of living.
